As part of our Consulting team, you will work on diverse, meaningful client projects, with a digital and innovation focus. We work with a variety of industries, in particular, healthtech, pharma, nutrition, and lifestyle (beauty, sports, CPG), but there is no limit to the problems we will solve. We strive for excellence in everything we do – from delivering results for our clients to continuously learning and developing ourselves.

Your main tasks and responsibilities (is there a more fun term? It will be fun, we promise!) 
 

• Customer and project management with responsibility for a team of approx. 3-5 consultants.
• Establishment and further development of customer relationships based on our principles.
• Content-related, personal and communicative control of projects
• Leading the development of tailor-made solutions for our customers.
• Personal and professional development of selected consultants as mentors.
• Further development of the company's recognition.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed doctorate or master’s degree from a leading university with outstanding academic performance.
• 6+ years of professional experience with proven above-average performance and leadership skills.
• High communication skills in German and English.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills paired with a unique positive can-do attitude.
• In-depth functional expertise in the areas of digital strategy, digital business models, agile product and project management, marketing and sales.
• Deep industry expertise in the areas of FMCG, Healthcare, Beauty, Sports, Automotives or Finance.
• Proven experience in leading teams of 5-10 people, managing different stakeholders and managing complex projects.
• Proven experience in the personal and professional development of team members.
• Credible, intrinsic curiosity and enthusiasm for digital growth.
• Proven network in the digital ecosystem in Europe.
• Ambition and passion for growth and responsibility.
